Started by Luis Hartmann, Hartmann Estate is a family run coffee farm in Santa Clara, within the Chiriqui province of Panama. Three generations on, represented by Ratibor Hartmann along with four of his siblings, the family continues to work together to manage the estate. Grown at 1260 to 1500 MASL, this ‘winey’ natural processed lot uses slightly darker than usual caturra and typica cherries, dried on African raised beds for 10-14 days. The result is a full flavour, fruit-driven cup, with a sweet and boozy finish.
