This amazing coffee comes from producer Rafael Amaya and his son from Timana in Huila, Colombia. This microlot was exposed to a long dry anaerobic fermentation of 180 hours. It was dried on raised beds to an ideal moisture content. This process creates a clean cup with stonefruit sweetness.

It is 100% caturra varietal which originated in Minas Gerias, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon and is more resistant to disease and produces a higher yield.
